Too busy to give a detailed account! I really really love the jacket and my platform shoes and the wig. Haha that sounds like everything!! I guess I'm satisfied with how the entire look came together. Could have styled my wig more, put on more moisturiser and done a better job with my eyebrows and concealing my lips but will do~

Don't mind my awkward mouth, the fangs were cute but so hard to get used to.. Sounded like I had a short tongue the entire time and couldn't smile properly. All of us had zero experience with the fangs so we didn't know how to smile or open our mouth to show hints of the fangs while looking good haha 

Wonders of wonders we met an Ayato and Yui (both missing from our group) and so we pulled them in for a photo :)

Had lots of fun this time :) my shoes were killing me and it was warm beyond words  but overall it was relatively accident free (Y) 

Cosfest is two days away and I'm 90% done with bubbles and 80% done for hisoka.

I'm throwin accuracy to the wind, especially for bubbles. Priority is to look good hahaha. As for hisoka...... The moment I put the wig on I'll look strange but it's the best I can do under these circumstances. I'm doing away with the top arm bands :/ making the lower arm bands, cutting the shapes for the top and styling the terrible wig have taken years off my life lololol

This coming saturday, cosmo youth parade, though the outdoor parade's been cancelled due to the haze lolol

I'm packed to the brim this coming week-- relatives from malaysia are coming. Super happy and excited that they're finally making a trip to here but why oh why must it be when I'm tied down all day with lab and have so many cosplay events approaching?!

Planning to ask for a day off to bring them around. Will thicken my skin and ask tomorrow. I believe if I have the courage to ask, I will be given the approval to leave. Must prepare for the worst though.. so that my mood won't deteriorate too much if I get a negative answer.

I wanted a nude red closer to pink, this is too dark.. Also lesson learnt: don't get lens with black rims when cosing guys.

Freshly ripped shirt, at sunday 10pm. Because it occurred to me that my parents and relatives won't react well to me cutting up the shirt when they're around.

This was cut up a few days ago. I also covered up the glittery reindeer at the left side. Used marker to colour it at first, but that marker turned out to be brown which was super obvious when it dried. The black marker I used next didn't do much so I had to stick on black cloth (courtesy of the parts I cut out)

Key was assembled and spray painted ages ago. I used a ring fastener, a piece of wire and a.... I think it's a capacitor to make this thingy. Should have gone with a smaller ring but this will do for now~

  

Vampy teeth! Don't have the glue so can't try it on. Got this for fun lah.. Actually Ayato's the only one with the pointy teeth showing but the team has decided to just get the teeth HAHA fun over accuracy.

Updates on life: I refuse to touch anything to do with lab when I'm home, I don't even take my bag and laptop into my room, just leave them on the sofa. Then I either greet my mates on Be My Princess, My Sweet Bodyguard or surf tumblr. Yes guys I'm still playing my princess and bodyguard game. Though I greet less often now. 

I've also been diligently playing Hakuouki. Enjoying it so far :) 

Did not use a walkthrough and my first few choices led me to Saito Hajime so I decided to go for him. Little did I know........ Harada Sanosuke eventually stole my heart. DARN IT I wasn't expecting myself to fall for this guy. Maybe it's his voice.. Yusa sounds really good here, not the least bit creepy or sly. 

But I'm still following through with Saito no matter what. I just sniff a little whenever Sanosuke comes up. No doubts about who I'll be going after next. 

Does this mean he's the kind of guy who will bring his beloved flowers and stuff? :D This is all the way back in the edo period tho XD so cute

I can look like a guy, me!

Got my hands on Subaru's wig and tried it on. The styling is so pretty! I was very afraid that it would look terrible on me but ahaha not bad :Db hope it will look equally cool next week during the event. I PROMISE TO LOOK HANDSOME :D

Yes guys it's next Saturday.. I'm feeling the urgency already. Still need to cut up the clothes, dye the pants and finish up the necklace. 

Then the immediate next week is cosfest. Can I die already omg. help

Lab is ok so far, I made mistakes on the first day and was really confused for most parts. Pipettes urgh wanted to add 200ul but ended up adding 2ml and wondered why the tube was overflowing. Mistook 30 minutes as 30 seconds. 

Even my mentor commented that I was 'out of it' :(((

Didn't do much on day 2 and I was totally nodding off in front of my laptop. Tomorrow I'm going to do a midi prep whee

It's raining heavily outside

Wow seriously, the more I thought about the insurance issue, the worse my mood became.

Then I watched the latest episode of HxH and it really hit rock bottom. There's no way I will be able to feel happy for the coming episodes because the developments are too negative. And it's so dreadful because I know what's going to happen.

And I was hit by a sudden urge to find the HxH accessories I bought during cosfest last year. Hunted high and low and I swear if I didn't find them I was going to cry myself to sleep tonight-- was feeling really upset.

Luckily I found them :) behind my radio, a little dusty. It was after hunting up and down, searching another room and back, that I vaguely remember last seeing them between my radio speakers. 

               

Wanted to accessorize my new laptop bag with them but dang it, Killua and Kurapika look so sweet and beautiful in the clear packaging that I couldn't bear to take them out -__-

So I used Chikage whom I spun from the gacha machine in Taiwan. On closer inspection, he's really well made. The hair spikes at the back of his head are sharp X_X 

               

Also equipped the psp with nyanko sensei :) hmm..... I should switch them around. Chikage for the psp and nyanko for the laptop bag. Next time bah

               

I feel so much better now, man.. that was a bad case of mood swing..

So much to do so little time

Back from Malaysia this morning and lab starts tomorrow, I've not watch my weekly episodes and I'm still trying to set up my new laptop.

The insurance thing is bugging me, it seems I have to undergo training before I can get the promised fees and I've put off the 4th test for too long, not going to have time to study and go for the trainings because lab is starting.. Also tons of cosplay stuff to settle, the event dates are drawing really close :( so worrying D:

Anyways I'm happy with my new laptop and pei has also given me her old psp, without a charger though so I guess that's one thing I'll need to hunt for.

Hope lab will go well, first day tomorrow!
